About this product
The ATLAS S-ONE is Aero Precision's lightweight handguard line, and this 15" model is sized for AR-308 uppers and barrels. Aero's ATLAS mount clamps two mirrored tapered nuts around a custom barrel nut with a turnbuckle screw, spreading pressure evenly so the handguard does not distort. All mounting hardware is included.
Picatinny rail sits only at the front and rear of the top, with the middle cut away to save weight, and indexing grooves at 12 o'clock. QD sling sockets sit at 3, 6 and 9 o'clock. It does not fit Aero M5E1 Enhanced upper receivers.
