AccuSharp 2 Stone Rolling Knife Sharpener

AccuSharp's rolling sharpener uses two abrasive discs to bring an edge back and clean up the burr in the same pass. A removable magnetic holder keeps the blade square to the stones and adjusts for different blade heights, so a paring knife and a chef's knife both sit correctly instead of being freehanded at a guessed angle.

Preset angles at 15, 17, 20 and 25 degrees cover kitchen knives, hunting knives and pocket folders. Nothing plugs in and nothing spins on its own, so there is no risk of cooking the temper out of a good blade. Compact enough to keep in a camp kit, a truck box or a kitchen drawer.
